Risk and Lability

Monterosa treks and expedition (P) Ltd. put every effort to make your journey smooth and pleasant as much as possible. However we act as intermediately between the concerned hotels, transport operator and local tourist offices providing the services. Monterosa Treks and Expedition is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage Sustained by the delay, accident, natural disaster, political violence and unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs, prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without advance notice in the event of circumstances beyond our control.

Terms and conditions 
1. Unless other prior arrangements have been made bookings are accepted after receipt of the completed bookings form, 2 copies of passport size photographs and nonrefundable deposit INR 15000/ US$ 500 per person.
2. Full payment must be made before departure the departure of trip
3. There will be a 50% cancellation charge for confirmed booking within one week prior to departure. No refunds thereafter. No refund for No- Shows or After the Commencement of tour or delayed arrivals of participants for whatsoever reason.
4. Any unforeseen cost increase beyond our control will be passed on directly to the client / Yatri whenever such increases are affected. This could include such items as airfare, visa fee, government taxes etc.
5. Cost package does not include incurrence against accident, injuries, sickness, air or surface evacuation, trip cancellation, medical treatment, hospitalization, drugs whatsoever in the event of accident or emergency.
7. On a budget tour to Tibet, accommodation will be provided in twin bed rooms or dormitory style rooms in Guest Houses or Lodges with basic facilities only.
8. Clients/Yatri will be responsible for their personal valuable items. 
9. Trip once sold will be not refundable, if the clients/Yatri cancelled the trip.
